RJK Construction has been doing work for years on the ICE Facility on Macadam Ave in Portland. Their projects include repairing damage from protesters, security upgrades, and a “counter-security project” which is fair to assume involved increasing ICE’s surveillance capabilities at that facility.
RJK Construction is owned by Theresa Brophy, a registered Democrat who has made nearly 50 donations to ActBlue in the past decade. She portrays herself as a proud liberal, despite making millions of dollars off of ICE’s violence.
